Well we dont have groups either.. well okay we kinda do, but like every country and city does.. I belong to the alternative, punkish group.. kinda.. yaw.. all my friends are.. hmm.. i think they r incredibly funny and love them.. but i think the rest of the school is kinda like O_o hmm what kinda people r that? lol.. 'Our' group is kinda.. the people who dont belong with the *cool*, *nerd* or *normal* people, altho i feel pretty normal We have hippies, punks and pacifists.. lol.. yaw.. we all against war ( i think, atleast i am )

Art..well.. they used to say i was obsessed cos i was like every free hr in the art class cos i was discovering paint n all. i had never painted untill the beginning of this yr.. and i lub it lol.. but its kinda hard to talk to non artsy people bout dat.. but thank god der is deviantart ey ^,^ feel very much @ home here..

bwhahhaa @ 15 degrees.. mmkay lol.. We have about.. hmm 20 degrees in summer.. well sometimes its more, but around 20.. 15 is okay with me too.. i am fine whenever i can be fully dressed.. i dont like naked-ness.. Winters, hmm.. last winter was okay but we can go up to -5 or so :/ Its pretty stupid if ya gta cycle 12 km's to school when ur hands r freezing off hehe.. yaw..

I have some pics to finish too.. actually quite some paintings.. two for myself, two still waiting since christmas for my gramps.. hmm. one for my dad.. one commission :S hmm i ll be busy whole vacation.. not that i really have vacation since im working 12h a day :/ Hmm oh well I ll get over it

It rains here, a lot.. especially in spring and autumn... and the summer's sun is .. err. hard? i dunno how to say it.. but u get sunburned here quickly (my Indonesian stephmom said so.. the sun in Indonesia is softer), meaning u get a sunburn of get brown here quicker, but it fades away soon aswell.. yaw..

For the rest, i know ya wanne be hearing about the red light destricts :wink: lol.. jk.. u dont right? lol

I just meant I don't know well... much.. or any.. teenage guys who draw.. On my school for ex. we have like a drawing class.. and there's like one guy... ONE.. lol.. I guess most teenage guys r not really too much interested in drawing, or atleast less then girls...
I think its cute when guys draw.. somehow artsy boys r cute.. dunno

HeartBreak High is an Australian serie... yaw.. its about this highschool.. and like a few characters, Anita, Drazic.. and well, yaw a few others.. i just liked the serie a lot awhile back.. im a teenie bopper serie fan u see

But for now, ill just keep being an obsessed dawsons creek fan.. lol.. yaw.. i know no one understands me but my gay australian friend, he kinda likes it too

Ah - thanks for the comments man! ^_^ To answer your questions, I use an Aiptek Tablet, about 9x12. It's fairly cheap, for one that size. I mean, it's no Wacom Tablet, but it gets the job done. It's about $150. (Not sure if the link still works, but all the specs and stuff about it are found here. [link])

As for transparency, I'm not really sure how to do it in any program aside from Photoshop. How to do it in Adobe is pretty easy, though. Just make sure, after you've finished the ID, that your image is flattened and then select the space you want to be transparent and delete it. (Make sure the layer isn't locked though.) Now go to Save for Web uner File and that'll bring up the settings. Say Gif and check the Transparency box and there ya' go. I think. ^^; I hope that helped.

Or is it because you think that taking a picture of myself is a waste of time? well actually i set one of them as my webcam as space for it check out how it turned out. (no offence or anything) but you said stop wating 'our' (meaning you think everyone thinks that, your a snob) 'time' (if you think that your time is wasted then why look at the art and submit a comment at all? if your really discusted by the real world then curl up in the corner of a room and stab your eyes with the sharp pencil you draw with.

hehe thanks man ^_^ yeh about the pens: just used a fat whiteboard marker thing first for the large words and the brunt of the pictures.

then i detailed the pictures and did the majority of the writing with a 0.2 and 0.4 artliner. took me about... half an hour all up cos it took me awhile to think up half the stuff i wrote in it
